When life gives you lemons… dance!
I got back my computer and none of my backed up files were gone, aside from all of my programs that were previously in it. Unfortunately, on my return to my house I stay in during the school year, I had not brought my back up for Adobe Photoshop. Thus, I am unable to make anything until in theory Thanksgiving, when I grab that disk. However, with my very intense schedule this semester (especially October and November) I am pretty sure that I am predicting no updates till Christmas time (depending on how long I stay here and return home for Christmas because I am not bringing my computer back). This is rather unfortunate, as I have gone through already quite a long break as it is beforehand; alas I’m only human and trying to get through to this semester in one piece He is a beautiful man, with a beautiful voice who sang a drop dead gorgeous song and preforms lives beautifully. Why isn’t he more popular? He needs more beautiful songs. //END RANT//.
On a side note, the so-called icon batch that I promised way back spawned from another project some of you may have been aware of. During the time that some of you may await for a return, I present you the sort-of-secret-yet-not project as something to look at until then. I was so close in finishing and was intended to release this for the end of the summer. To end on a happier note, you might see me on my blog from time to time (if I remember to post), which is also some sort of sign that my sanity is still somewhat there. or maybe not… Anyhow, Fallen Dreams has risen again from another fall. Please update your links this time to http://fd.graceful-lament.com. I know it sucks for those that already updated my link not too long ago so I apologize for that. I know I promised an icon batch or more of a graphical update last month and a number of days ago, however I haven’t had the chance to do that because of the following tale to come…
My computer in which contains photoshop has been recently infected and will likely have to be reformatted. I am hoping that it doesn’t mean that I have to erase my backed up files that I moved to my other drive (which I seriously hope was not infected as well) and I am seeing dejà vu again except not as nightmare-ish as a few years ago. At least this time, my computer isn’t restarting on me every half hour, and I don’t think the infection is as huge as the other time. However, it’s just as annoying and took away more sleep from me this time around, as I was backing the files up for a good 2 hours…
In conclusion, feel free to take a look at the semi new wallpapers and I like to share this song, that I’ve been listening to way too much at the moment and have fallen in love with this piano version (though I kind of miss the violins)
/EDIT (Aug 24) I know that if you currently click any categories in the graphic part, no images show until you hit comments (and basically full view it. I can’t seem to figure out why that happens, so if anyone knows, feel free to tell me? and update on the computer status, it’s been sent to be reformatted and I’ll have to see how long it’ll be before I reinstall photoshop I guess?

It’s not often for this series to have such a dark image. Making the actual background to make it look like Yukito’s feathers took awhile of blending and recg-ing. The colour manipulation helped with the overall atmosphere. Unlike the original version in February 2006, the image isn’t so texture heavy and I think the image looks overall better.
